- it is strictly my personal decision to join the programme in order advance spiritually in my life and I take full responsibility of my participation.
- all the personal details provided in the form for registration are true and correct.
- I am physically fit to join the programme and if suffering from any medical (physical / psychological) conditions - have obtained consent from a registered medical professional .
- I indemnify Prajnana Mission, Kriya Yoga Dhyana Kendra Kerala , the teachers and the organizers from all claims, losses and damages that may arise out of any false/incorrect information provided by me and from any injury or any medical situations if happens during the programme.
- I will keep the contents of the programme and techniques confidential and will not reveal to third parties.
- I will not teach the Kriya Yoga techniques to others.
- I fully understand that once the payment is effected, it can not be refunded / cancelled.
