1. We accept return of the book(s) delivered only when
- The package is damaged in transit
2. We do not accept cancellation of order and refund
- When the purchaser changes his/her mind after the payment is made ( Yoga programme / Books etc) or on the receipt of the product ( Books etc) or refuse to receive the package after making the payment
- Products returned in used or damaged condition
- Special condition for the yoga programme only : No refund. But we can allow the purchaser to attend the programme organized by Kriya Yoga Dhyana Kendra Kerala at a different location in the same calendar year.
3. Process to follow if the package received is damaged
- If the package is damaged, do not accept the package and return without accepting it and inform us at kriyayogakerala@gmail.com
- If the damaged package is accepted and opened , pls send us the image of the package in 48 hours to our e mail kriyayogakerala@gmail.com describing the damage.
4. Replacement process
- If the damaged package is returned, we will wait to receive the returned package at our end to decide on the refund / dispatch of a replacement.
- If the package received in a damaged state and opened and the product is unusable, we have to receive your mail within 48 hours with the image of the damage and a description of the damage and the order number at kriyayogakerala@gmail.com
- Replacement / refund will be allowed only if the purchaser’s complaint is received within 48 hours of the product delivery .
- Upon receiving the returned damaged package / the purchaser’s complaint mail with the image of the damage, we will issue refund / replacement as per the Purchaser’s request within 5 working days.
5. Can the purchaser modify or cancel the order(s) once placed ?
- For Books : No.
- For Yoga Programmes : Modify and Cancel – Yes . Refund - No. We can allow the purchaser to attend the programme organized by Kriya Yoga Dhyana Kendra Kerala at a different location in the same calendar year for self only . It can not be exchanged with another person.
