- Delivery area
- The products can be ordered and delivered within India only.
- We do not ship to International destinations.
- We dispatch by Courier / India Post depending upon the destination.
- Time for delivery
- We will dispatch within 72 hours of receiving the order, subject to the compliance of conditions mentioned under item 4.
- The estimated transit time is within 5 days for Kerala locations and varies for locations outside Kerala ( exceptions when the Public Transport Systems are not available – example : Kovid times)
- Postage
- Postage will be charged as per the weight of the order and depends on the distance of the destination also.
- Payment for the order
- We accept online payment. The purchaser needs to inform us the reference number of the payment for reconciliation and identification of the payment.
- Any non-compliance will delay the dispatch.
- Confirmation of payment and Tracking the Order
- The purchaser must provide his/her whats app number ( more preferred)/ e mail id . The image of the proof delivery will be sent by whats app/email which is the confirmation of purchaser’s payment and our delivery.
